SPIRIT ELITE CHEER REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED

This registration will enable you to register for our Spirit Elite Cheer programs. Once you choose the child you are registering, you'll complete the registration and on the Review Page you will be asked if you want to register another player.  You'll choose the next player and then complete that registration. 

Please verify on your receipt that all of the players that you registered are shown.  

To complete registration though our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available.  Upon completion of registration a charge from Millard United Sports will appear on your account.

Minimum Squad requirements must be met to roster a squad. 

Each player will be responsible for paying the following  additional fee upon registration:

1.  Volunteer Verification & Assurance Fee of $5.00: Millard United considers the safety of our athletes a serious matter.  This fee helps offset the expenses incurred in the effort of safeguarding & continuing to provide a safe & fun environment for our athletes.

2. Competition Fees: Competitions are decided in August. and will pay for all competition registration fees at that time.  *Team fundraising opportunities will be available & all fundraising money earned will be divided equally among team members to offset costs of competition fees!

3. Spirit Elite Uniforms:  Teams wear the same uniform for at least 2 years.  This helps keep the cost down for returning families (Current uniform design was 2022).

Payment Plan Option Available:  $325  paid at registration with balance paid monthly July 15 through  February 15.   There is a $5 per payment fee for Payment Plan Option.

Late Fee of $50 will be added to registrations starting June 1.  Registration Closes on June 15.
