This registration will enable you to register players for either Tackle or Flag Football, sign consents, complete contact information and submit payment.  Once you choose the child you are registering, you can then complete the registration. On the Review Page you will be asked if you want to register another player.  You can then choose the next player and complete their registration.  Please verify on your receipt that all of the players that you registered are shown.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available.  Upon completion of registration a charge from Millard United Sports will appear on your account.

Grade Divisions are based on 2023-2024 school year.  Parents can elect to have their child play up one grade level.

Returning Flag, NFL Flag, and Girls NFL Flag players must register by June 1 to guarantee placement on their current team.

Late Fee of $50 will be added to registrations starting July 9th.  Team, coach & buddy requests are not guaranteed on Late Registrations.

2023 MUS TACKLE FOOTBALL PROGRAM

Grade Divisions are based on 2023-2024 school year.  Parents can elect to have their child play up one grade level.

REGISTRATION RATE: $275

Tackle Football Players must also complete the Tackle Equipment Deposit Registration to secure their Equipment for the season.  Click here to complete this requirement

Each Flag & Tackle player will be responsible for paying the following 2 additional fees upon registration:

1. Field usage fee of $9.50: this is Millard United's best estimate of what the City of Omaha will charge for use of fields.
2. Volunteer Verification & Assurance Fee of $5.00: Millard United considers the safety of our athletes a serious matter.  This fee helps offset the expenses incurred in the effort of safeguarding & continuing to provide a safe & fun environment for our athletes.

Payment Plan Option Available:  $50 paid at registration with 2 additional payments (May 15 & Jun 15).  There is a $5 per payment fee for the Payment Plan Options added to the Registration Fee
