One of the following criteria must be met to complete a Waiver of Liability, Release, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity:
- Your Player must be a Competitive Baseball Player 8U-14U or Classic Baseball Player 13/14U who chooses not to wear a batting helmet with a full cage face mask as required by the MUS Face Protection Policy.
- Your Player must be a Competitive Softball Player who chooses not to wear a fielding face mask as required in the MUS Face Protection Policy.
- Your Player must be a Tackle Football Player who chooses not to wear a tackle football helmet as required in the MUS Tackle Football Helmet Policy.
